As more of Jocintek Technology's clients and their customers moved to managing everything from their phones, it became clear that a web-only platform was no longer enough. This project delivered a dedicated mobile application to extend platform access beyond the desktop and browser experience.
Building the app involved adapting the core platform's functionality for a mobile-first experience, rather than simply shrinking the web interface to fit a smaller screen. The team prioritised the features clients used most often on the go, streamlined the mobile sign-up and login flow, and tested extensively across device types before release to catch compatibility issues early.
The mobile app launched in late 2025 and is now in active use alongside the web platform. It has made the platform meaningfully more accessible for users who primarily interact with digital tools through their phones, and usage patterns since launch have informed some of the priorities behind the ongoing Platform V2 upgrade.
