This study is intended to inform every decision that follows, rather than being a formality after the fact.
The study is looking at market demand across different property types and locations, the regulatory approval process a development would need to go through, and realistic cost and timeline expectations based on comparable projects in the market. The findings are being compiled into a working document that will guide site selection, project scale, and sequencing for the business's early development activity.
