Once Hisparadise Institute's founding curriculum is finalised, the next step is bringing in its very first group of students — the founding cohort whose experience will shape how the Institute refines its programmes going forward. This project covers the planning work needed to open that enrollment properly.
Preparing for enrollment means more than opening a sign-up form. It involves deciding how many students the founding cohort can realistically support given available instructors and facilities, setting clear expectations about what the programme covers and what it doesn't, and building outreach materials that explain the Institute's practical, skills-first approach to prospective students who may be comparing it against more traditional training options.
This project is planned for later in the year, timed to follow the completion of curriculum development. Once enrollment opens, the founding cohort's feedback will be one of the most important inputs into how Hisparadise Institute evolves its programmes for future intakes.
