Hisparadise Clean Staff Training Overhaul
A refreshed training curriculum for cleaning staff covering safety, equipment, and client service standards.
Completed
January 20, 2026 Lagos, Nigeria
Hisparadise Clean's earlier staff training was largely informal — new hires learned mostly by shadowing experienced staff on the job, which worked reasonably well but produced inconsistent results depending on who happened to be training them. As the business grew and took on more demanding contracts, that inconsistency became a real quality risk.
This project redesigned staff training from the ground up into a structured curriculum covering health and safety practices, correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and client-facing service standards — how to communicate with clients, handle special requests, and represent the Hisparadise Clean brand professionally on-site. The new curriculum combines short classroom-style sessions at the newly launched headquarters with supervised, hands-on practice before a new hire is assigned to a client site independently.
The overhaul is now complete and fully in use for onboarding every new hire. Early feedback from supervisors points to more consistent service quality across new staff and fewer basic errors during a new hire's first weeks on the job, compared to the previous shadowing-only approach.
