Operations Associate

Overview

Hisparadise Clean is looking for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day coordination of cleaning teams, schedules, and client communication from our operations base in Lagos.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily job schedules and staff assignments.
Track equipment and supply inventory across teams.
Serve as a point of contact for client scheduling questions.
Support onboarding and training of new cleaning staff.
Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and client feedback.

Requirements

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort using basic scheduling and record-keeping tools.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work from our Lagos operations base.
